Bascha Mon is an artist that fuses abstraction and narration in a wonderful straight forward manner. Her work imbues the spontaneity and thoughtfulness of a artist who is fully engaged with her process and committed to her view of the world. The afore mentioned attributes combined with empathy for humanity make her efforts resonate with me.
I know her work (though not, regrettably firsthand), and she is superb! Congrats on the notice, Bascha.
